CRASH COURSE IN EMPLOYMENT/INDUSTRIAL LAW
The course offers a complete exposé to the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and other relevant laws regulating employment in Ghana. The aim is to assist Lawyers and prospective Lawyers in their practice of this area of law/work.

 

CRASH COURSE IN DRAFTING
The course offers both theoretical and practical lessons on Drafting (Legislative and other instruments) encountered in the practice of law. It is best suited for professional law students and Lawyers. Participants must attend with laptops.

 

CRASH COURSE IN INSURANCE LAW
This course offers a complete exposé to the Insurance Act, (2005) and ancillary laws applicable in the insurance industry. 
Special focus will be given to pursuing claim applications and issues concerned with the subject-matter. It is best suited for practitioners interested in insurance litigation and/or advisory services.

 

CRASH COURSE IN BANKING LAW
This course introduces practitioners and prospective practitioners to relevant laws in banking and the financial sector in general. Perspectives on the current issues with the banks and savings & loans companies will be treated with a focus on risks and roles of Lawyers.
